DIRECTOR

Adrian has a highly unusual blend of analytical chemistry and technology skills, with particular emphasis on separation sciences. He is in the vanguard driving greater productivity in drug discovery and development. One of his strengths is an ability to adopt automation and to incorporate downstream processes into integrated systems, with large gains in efficiency and throughput.

At Cyclofluidic, a CRO supporting drug discovery, Adrian used his skills to fully automate the design-make-test cycle, reducing the cycle time to hours from days. This technology successfully delivered biologically active compounds for numerous discovery projects. This has led to several publications which have attracted positive comment from the pharmaceutical and biotechnology communities.

PATRICIA WRIGHT - PhD FRSC

DIRECTOR

Patricia has extensive experience in drug discovery and development in GSK, Pfizer and contract research. Patricia has a proven track record of introducing new technology and process improvements including open access quantitative mass spectrometry; fast gradient HPLC; generic structural elucidation approaches; developing combined targeted and non-targeted screens; and application of computational chemistry to mass spectral interpretation. She has thirty peer reviewed publications in the fields of mass spectrometry and computational chemistry.
